By shopping with New York Vintage Drip, you agree to the following:

• All items are pre-owned or vintage, unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of vintage items, minor signs of wear, ageing or imperfection may be present and are considered part of the garment’s character. A unique quality that is the New York Vintage Drip signature. 

• We inspect, measure, and describe each piece carefully but small variations may occur.

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

• Orders may be limited or cancelled at our discretion.

• Orders are dispatched within 72 hours, unless express shipping is selected.

• Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days, issued as store credit only, subject to eligibility, return postage, and a processing fee.

• Final sale items cannot be returned.

• Returns are governed by our Returns & Store Credit Policy.
• Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
