Refund policy

At New York Vintage Drip, each piece is carefully sourced and selected in New York. Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of our garments, we operate a considered returns policy.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

• Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will render the item ineligible for return.

Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the store credit to cover handling and inspection.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Store Credit

• All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email]. We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
