At New York Vintage Drip, we carefully pack and dispatched all our items with intention.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If Express Postage is selected at checkout, your order will be prioritised and dispatched as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We offer standard and express shipping, depending on destination and availability.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to location, peak periods, or unforeseen delays. New York Vintage Drip is not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once handed over to the courier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
